The second overall highest rated rental is in Ocho Rios and the third in Runaway Bay. Weekly prices range from a little over five hundred to over two thousand for these properties. The Runaway Bay property offers cable TV as well. There is a pool, public and private beach, and accommodating staff. It is next to a golf course and near snorkeling sites.

The fourth highly rated property is in Silver Sands. This goes for four thousand to over six thousand a night and houses sixteen people. The highest listed villa for the Discovery Bay area is ranked around the thirtieth in preference. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and accommodates eight for around two thousand dollars a week.

The highest ranking villa is in Montego Bay, followed by Ocho Rios, Runaway Bay and Silver Sands. There is a pretty large gap between these and the highest rated Discovery Bay area rental. Of the top twenty villas, most exist in Ocho Rios, followed by Silver Sands and then Montego Bay. Discovery Bay villas did not make the top twenty.
